Mentoring / Coaching Program

The Mentoring and Coaching programs are individually designed to meet the specific needs of the organization as well as the individual participants. The Imagine curriculum can be used to develop a new mentoring/coaching program or to augment existing programs.
 
This programs enable organizations to develop mentoring and coaching philosophies as a core value, thus preserving critical “people” resources and strengthening the organization’s culture. Through mentoring and coaching, effectiveness is increased by investing in people--mistakes are avoided, recruiting occurs internally, time and money are saved, and personal development is greatly accelerated.

Your Investment

~ Two formal sessions a month, typically by phone, lasting 60 minutes each.
~ Unlimited coaching and email support in-between sessions
~  $500 per month

Polices and Procedures:

All payments are made via credit card, and billing occurs before the first session of each month prior to scheduled coaching services.  If you need to change your credit card information at any time, please notify me as soon as possible.

Missed Calls:  Refunds are not issued for missed calls as your investment is based on a monthly retainer for coaching services. If you miss a call, I will try to reschedule it as soon as possible, or you may choose to bank it for later. 

Is there any guarantee or warranty of results based on coaching?

Because the results of the coaching lie soley within the actions and ultimately the work done by the client,  no guarantee or warranty can be made regarding the results of the coaching sessions.  If you wish to cancel coaching services for the following month, just send an email and you will not be billed.
