Unique Presentations
What makes Ron’s keynotes unique? Simply put, each presentation is unique because Ron never delivers the same speech twice. Nor does he use “stock” or “canned” speeches that are customized for a given audience. What he does do is prepare each and every speech from “scratch.”
That’s right, beginning from conversations with client personnel and the professional meeting planners involved in the event, he then sits down with a blank sheet of paper (yes, he still likes to think with paper and pencil) and outlines the key issues to be addressed. From there, he cranks up his laptop and begins researching the client, audience, issues, industry and his own large database. It is from this material and his own experience that he crafts a keynote speech.
Isn’t this a great deal of work? Yes. And time consuming? Yes again. However, Ron firmly believes that each audience is unique and therefore, they deserve a keynote that is just as unique in addressing the specific opportunities, problems and issues they face. Let’s face reality — our world is far too complex today to simply apply generic answers to the rapidly changing global marketplace we face. What worked well last year will probably not provide an effective solution for today. And certainly, what works for one industry, association, business or nonprofit will most likely not provide the optimal solution for another.
There is another factor that drives Ron to work this way. As he states: “Giving the same speech over and over again may be acceptable for some, but I would lose my mind if I had to do that! I am not a performer, but rather an educator, business philosopher and one who empowers others to see their world differently, with a vision to imagine and stretch themselves to accomplish more while enjoying the ride of life.”
Ron is highly creative and loves learning. He reads constantly and is always assessing new ideas and methods of breaking down barriers to success. He simply could not repeat the same the same memorized and highly rehearsed speech over and over again. By excellence, I mean an act or item that is unusually good, far above the average, better and more valuable than normal. In life, the pursuit of excellence is a character trait that allows those who strive hard to develop it, to go far and beyond the normal and usual in the exercise of their personal capabilities. This not only benefits them, but also everyone associated with them, through their words, actions and attitudes.

My passion is to serve. I believe that one of the best ways I can do this is to be helpful and easy to work with. I never go back on my word, am not unreasonable or difficult, and don't have a outrageously inflated ego that will cause you unnecessary stress.

No two presentations are ever the same. Each is meticulously crafted with examples, illustrations, and appropriate humor that will reach out and meet the audience where they are. Although the foundational principles of Imagine are timeless, my style allows me the flexibility to adapt my message to your group’s unique needs and circumstances.
